Ignou Programmes – The university has started to offer various academic programmes way back in 1987. The number of students from India and abroad who were enrolled during that time were 4,528 and now it has reached to 30,74,377 which is incredible.

At present, there is a total of 226 academic courses offered by the university at the different level.

The syllabus is designed by different schools of the university for various courses is highly innovative, good quality and most importantly need-based at different levels.

The university offers various courses at a very cheap cost and in some cases provides a discount on fees for people living in rural areas. Also, the university provides a discount on the fee for few courses to those people who are below poverty line and cannot pay the full amount.
