If you’re not satisfied with your IGNOU Term-End Exam marks, you can apply for revaluation within one month from the date your result is declared online.

Earlier, the revaluation process was offline — students had to send a physical form and demand draft by post. But now, the entire process is online, making it quicker and easier.

How to apply for Ignou revaluation 2025? The students can fill and submit the Ignou revaluation application form 2025 online within one month from the date of declaration of the result.

It has to be submitted online. Also, the prescribed revaluation fee has to be deposited online.

Earlier, the students had to submit application form offline via post along with the prescribed fee in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Ignou payable at the city where submitting the revaluation form.

But now, the IGNOU revaluation application form has to be submitted online along with application fee. Fees via offline mode will not be accepted anymore.

The Ignou revluation form can be filled at the university official website.

The date of declaration of IGNOU revaluation result will be calculated from the date on which the result(s) are placed on the university official website. The detail about the address where the form and fees are required to be sent is mentioned on the reverse side of the Ignou revaluation form.

The Re-evaluation of answer scripts is permissible for Term End Examinations only and not for the Project/ Dissertation, Practicals/Lab courses, Workshops, Assignments & Seminar etc.

Steps to Apply for IGNOU Revaluation Online

1. Visit the official IGNOU revaluation portal.
2. Fill in your details and select the subject(s) you wish to apply for.
3. Pay the revaluation fee through online payment modes.

📌 Note: Offline applications or payments through demand drafts are no longer accepted.

IGNOU Revaluation Fee

Students have to pay revaluation application fee of Rs.750/- per subject/course. The Ignou revaluation fee has to be paid via online mode only.

Important Points to Remember

• Revaluation is allowed only for Term-End Theory Exams.
  Projects, Dissertations, Practicals, Assignments, Workshops, and Seminars are not eligible for revaluation.
• The date of result declaration is calculated from the day it is made live on the IGNOU website.
