IGNOU Online Re Registration July 2018
As expected, the IGNOU re registration has been started from from second week of April 2018.i.e. Now, the students can visit the university official online portal to fill up application form form 2nd or 3rd year.The last date of IGNOU online re registration has been extended to 15th July 2018.
There are a large number of learners who take admission in various programmes offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University.They have to submit the application form at the time of admission to enroll themselves for the course.
In the second or third year, the students do not need to fill up the admission form again as they have to fill up Ignou online re registration form subsequently till the last semester or year.
Important Information about IGNOU Re-Registation
It is not necessary that university will communicate with students to provide information about admission/ re-registration in second year. So, it is advised to all the students who are pursuing various programmes from IGNOU that they should do the second or third year course registration by filling up online application form.
Many students who appears in the first or second year examination waits for the declaration of result to apply for second or third year re-registration. But this is totally wrong. After the 1st or 2nd year, they become eligible for second/ third year admission irrespective of fact whether they have pass/attempt first/ second year examinations or not.
So, the students should apply for re-registration of second/ third year before the start of first/ second year examination. Otherwise, they may lose their precious six month once the Ignou re registration date is over.
Last date of IGNOU Online Re Registration
We can expect the university to start the re-registration for July 2018 session from 2nd week of March.The starting date of re-registering online has been not yet confirmed.The last date to fill up Ignou online re registration form July 2018 session is also not available.
Students will be able to fill up an application form online at the university official website
Earlier, the university provides the option to download re-registration form which the students have to submit at their respective regional centres after filling it along with prescribed fee. But now, the students have to fill up Ignou Online re-registration form. Also, the fee has to be paid online as well.
We have mentioned below the schedule for submitting the Ignou Re-Registration Form with the late fee and also without it.
- The students are allowed to register for the maximum of four courses per semester only and they need to submit their MBA Re-registration Form along with course fee at their concerned regional centre only.
- You are allowed to Register for MBA project work (MS-100) only after you have already registered for MS-1 to MS-11 and MS-95 (12 courses).
- The learner needs to successfully complete the course once registered for study within 4 semesters (the validity period). In case if anyone fails to do so, then he will be required to re-validate the registration by paying the requisite fee of Rs. 1,500/- per course by filling the Re-registration form as per schedule mentioned above.
- The university will send the study material to the students according to the courses they have registered for that particular semester. The study material for each course will be dispatched in one package. If student re-register for the course once again, he will be provided with the study material again for the second time. The score obtained by the student in qualifying assignments will be retained and the student will be required to complete the leftover requirements of that course.
