Ignou B.Ed admission procedure 2018 – The admission to Bachelor of Education programme of Indira Gandhi National Open University is carried out regional centre-wise on the basis of the merit obtained in the entrance test conducted by the university all over India.

The admission process also depends upon the number of seats available under particular PSC. Usually, the number of seats of each PSC is limited to 50 only.

How to obtain and submit Ignou B.Ed application form and prospectus?

Students can download the application form and prospectus from the university website to apply for admission. These can be also obtained from the nearest Ignou regional centre by paying sum of Rs.1000 at sales counter. If the candidate request the prospectus and form via post then he/she has to pay Rs.1050/- via demand draft.

After filling up Ignou B.Ed application form, the candidates need to submit it at their nearest regional centre. If the candidate has downloaded the application form from the website, then he/she has to pay fee of Rs.1050/- in the form of Demand Draft while submitting the application form at regional centre.

The Demand Draft has to be drawn in favor of Ignou, payable at the city of the Regional Centre where the form is being submitted.

The candidates can also send the filled in entrance test application form by Registered/Speed post to the Regional Centre of the concerned city.
